Vintage mesh fabric from India is one of my favorites for topping party dresses or use in costuming.
The mesh of this scarf top is interesting: it goes from deep purple to a sage green as you move, much like the expensive paint job of color changing cars. The embroidery has a heavy amount of golden thread. The buttons are bronze metal, just like the larger beads sewn into some of the centers of the of the flowers.
